GDR, Engineering Inc. has provided extensive engineering services for both private and public projects. Our private projects range from residential development of all sizes, to large commercial and industrial business parks. We have successfully completed many Public Works projects that range from small roadway project to large infrastructure studies and Master Plans.

We offer a complete range of engineering services, from due diligence and site feasibility analysis to completely designed project plans. Our project plans will guide construction contractors to a successfully completed project.

We have been the leaders in utilizing the most advanced computer technology. This has provided our clients with successful civil engineering projects that are cost effective and completed on schedule.

Over 40 years of experience in California’s Central Valley goes a long way to building a data base of knowledge. This has allowed our engineering teams to develop working relationships with local municipalities, as well as local developers.

Sean Harp, L.S. (partner since 2015) – CFO / Principal Land Surveyor

Sean has 30 years’ experience in land surveying and is currently the principal in charge of land surveying at GDR Engineering. He is also Acting City Land Surveyor with the City of Turlock.

Haren has been a part of the GDR team for over 3 years and is actively involved in engineering, land planning, and mapping projects. His responsibilities include civil design, site layouts, application processing, tentative maps, and project management.
